what we eat

-we eat cassava root, bananas, rice, and yams.
-People supplement their primarily plant-based diet through hunting and fishing.
-Palm wine and malamba (an alcoholic drink made from sugarcane) are both popular. 
-On special occasions we eat Chicken and duck

our main cultural attractions are our two biggest cities
-Bata in the mainland
-The capital Malabo on Bioko Island.
-Both of these are small Spanish style towns with 100.000 - 150.000 inhabitants.
-our main attractions in Malabo are the Spanish Gothic style Cathedral, and the busy marketplace that is great for getting authentic Guinean treasures.
-Bata is a colorful city, with immaculate restaurants and also some of the most quiet beaches that are great for lounging or swimming.

the main  natural attractions of my country are
-Pico Basile Volcano, it takes up the skyline of Malabo the capital of my country.
-Bioko Island which is 3011 meters above sea level at its highest point.
-Monte Alen National Park borders the shores of Rio Muni River on the mainland of the country, it will give you a chance to observe wild African animals such as gorillas, chimpanzees, forest elephants and crocodiles.
-The park offers also some facilities for hiking in Equatorial Guinea.
